We strive to alleviate your anxiety with information about your child’s rights, and work to empower you and your family by providing for your child’s individual educational needs.
If you have reason to believe that your child has a disability which is affecting his or her success in school, we will explain your rights, options, and entitlements. If there is already a dispute with a school district regarding special education services at any stage of the progress, we will help negotiate appropriate services and/or private placement for your child.
We will help you every step of the way. We work closely with educational consultants, neuropsychologists, evaluators, and other professionals. We not only know the current law, but we will share information about schools, programs, and services in order to guide parents effectively.

A Recent Case
Abright first grader with ADHD was struggling emotionally in his public school. The child’s parents fought for a private school placement, but were unsuccessful. They contacted Fox & Biscardi for representation. Within weeks, we settled the case, with the school district agreeing to provide a multi-year private school placement for the student at the district’s expense.
