Free Consultation

Your first consultation will last 1 hour. Please make a list of questions or bring documents that you would like us to review. During the meeting, you will provide us with background information about your child. We will determine if we believe that we can help you achieve your goal. In addition, we will explain the legal process and help plan a strategy.

After the consultation, you will be asked to review and sign a Retainer Agreement and pay a Retainer Fee that will be determined based on your individual needs. The services provided will be billed from the Retainer Fee. If there is a balance left over, you will receive a refund.
